ABOUT SUCCESSFULLY CHAOTIC :
I have a confession...I suck at lots of things...I mean it. As a business owner, wife, and mom of 7 kids (one on the autism spectrum) I get PLENTY of opportunities to mess things up. I have had my “go get ‘em” moments where I shine (for a moment) only to fall down a hill, burst into flames and drag myself back up the other side. I have had more than my fair share of life’s chaos. Some I had no control over and some I helped along. So how can I be successful in the midst of life’s chaos? I think the idea that someone reaches success is a unicorn. We are all constantly growing, and changing. What means success to us today isn't what it meant 20 years ago. The first step is defining how YOU define success. We talk with people who have experienced the OWN chaos and have came out on top. We want to share our mess ups, as well as our "ah ha" moments, all while giving you nuggets of helpful information that you can use in your own life and business. Grab a cup of coffee or a glass of wine and join us! -Maria

Coach & Creator of "Breaking Good", Anissa Yardley

When it became obvious that her 20 year marriage had reached its expiry date…
… and they could no longer make it work, she was faced with the most difficult and painful decision of her life.
She had many happy years together and two magnificent and gorgeous children. A beautiful house in the most beautiful surrounding and a lifestyle many people only dream of. From the outside, they had a perfect life. But inside, she was feeling trapped and depressed.
Even though it did hurt deeply, and she knew it will be a high conflict divorce, it was the best decision she could make . She knew that she would lose everything, and she did. Still she decided to divorce her “made-up story” and her fears.
She had created a life that did not belong to her but instead belonged to her fears, to her insecurities and her limited mindset. She had been a life coach for nearly five years when she broke-up, she was helping people live their best life, but here she was, caught up in a high conflict divorce, overwhelmed with difficult emotions, thinking too much and struggling to focus.
She was feeling really embarrassed about her personal situation, she didn’t want to talk about it, all she wanted was to be alone. She had to take a deep dive into herself, into her silence, into her pain. She looked inside for all the wisdom that already existed in her. During this time of deep contemplation, she was committed to cut through her own bullshit, connect to her core, and live an authentic life.
Embracing pain as well as pleasure, going deep, waking-up and giving herself permission to become who she really was without trying to prove to anyone her self-worth or scared by the criticism of others.
That’s why she decided to shift the focus of my coaching practice to help people who are going through a divorce or break-up, by guiding and supporting them in implementing the three key elements of the ‘Breaking Good’ model, so that they can find peace, clarity and joy faster than she did.
She has made this her mission. Find our more here. You can also follow her on Instagram and Facebook.

THIS EPISODE IS OUT OF OUR NORMAL. I felt the need to share the WHY of why Season 1 was only a handful of episodes. As we say here, life can be chaos. I am sharing the good, bad and ugly with you all. NOT to kick off Season 2 as a boring as hell whine fest...but to share the REAL & the REAL of life and how the chaos can get a hold of us.
So bare with me on this, the next episode will be back to our more normal (ha ha ha ...normal for me anyway).

Maria and her guests give tips on various topics and laugh at mistakes they’ve made, inviting you to do the same and learn from it!
Hi, I'm Maria!
We all have passions, skills, likes, and dislikes that make us who we are. For many of us, it can be difficult to accept being different and unique. However, it is so important to be your authentic self and embrace the parts of yourself that make you stand out from the crowd.
Growing up, I was constantly told to try to fit in and not stand out too much from the crowd. I felt like I had to wear a mask to appear perfect. It was only when I took off this mask that I started to realize that being different wasn't so bad after all.
I'm a wife, a mother of seven children (including one on the autism spectrum), an entrepreneur, a marketing enthusiast, a part-time hippie witch doctor, an introverted extrovert, hyperactive squirrel lady who wears resourcefulness as my badge of honor – just like many of you!
My past story has seen its fair share of bad and unfortunate parts but also some amazing perfect parts as well. It wasn't until recently that I decided to embrace all those aspects of myself that made me unique and stop comparing myself to others. Taking this step towards self-acceptance has been incredibly liberating for me; more people should take this path!
Every day we are presented with opportunities to open ourselves up and accept our true selves without fear or judgment. Whether it's accepting your own uniqueness or celebrating others' differences - these moments are integral in creating a better world for everyone around us.
There is no doubt that embracing your authentic self takes time and patience but it is worth it in the long run because at the end of the day nobody can shine brighter than you if you just let yourself be YOU! So don't be afraid to show off all those qualities that make you special - there is nothing more powerful than being yourself!
So here's me waving hello! Hi there! Let's have fun together while we learn how to love ourselves, even more, each day :)
Maria
